# Introduction

## What is Quae?

Quae is a community voting platform, allowing any organization to democratize themselves however they see fit. Dynamic Governance allows any organization to automate complex voting procedures all while utilizing the power of the modern web.

## What is our goal?

We are seeking to establish the first global service that allows anyone, anywhere in the world to democratize their organization. Using the power of industry standard web security, we can secure all online voting to make sure every vote is real. Not only will we ensure authentic votes, but we will create an entirely new economy rewarding proposal writers for their service to the community.

Voting Every Day will empower people to not have to wait for term limits to end in order to have an impact on the community around them. They will be able to see democratic change happen on the same day they release their proposal.

# Ethical Data Usage

Quae promises to be a part of the ethical-data-usage movements, never compromising our users' sensitive data for profit.

Quae promises to never compromise a user's data.

Our platform will offer aggregated data to any user willing to subscribe. This subscription service will allow users to see opted-into demographic data on their supporters and the votes received on their posts. This is especially useful to those looking to understand their community's issues more deeply to get a better grasp on how they can better solve share problems.

# Data Security

We encrypt end-to-end meaning that user data can only ever be accessed by that user's credentials.

Demographic data on votes is stored at that moment, meaning that as a user makes their vote, a snapshot of their information is remembered. This prevents any subscribed user from being able to use our data aggregation as a means to pinpoint a user's data types.

# Vote Security

Vote decisions can never be accessed by anyone other than the user. Credentials make this possible by providing a user a token that they can use to access their sensitive data.

In the future, we plan to securely store votes completely separate from user information as an option for users who do not wish to remember their decision, further preventing anyone from being able to access your votes.
