Member Influence

Influence is one of the determining factors when calculating a proposal writer's payout. A member with high influence in their community is rewarded more for receiving votes than someone with low influence.
A member with high influence is considered to have contributed more effective proposals than a member with low influence.

Community Influence

Communities have an influence metric attached to themselves as well. Community influence is calculated by how many tokens the community supplies the protocol.

The Payout Calculation

Members receive a payout that is determined by their community's influence as well as their own influence within that community.
A member cannot be paid out more than how many tokens the community has supplied the protocol. This ensures that bad actors cannot manipulate the protocol to receive enormous payouts for attacking the protocol.
